Returns & Refunds

Request a return within 30 days of delivery by emailing ino@dressshopus.shop. Items must be unused and retain original tags. Contact us before sending a return.

Customers pay return shipping for non-defective items. We cover return shipping for defective or incorrectly supplied items.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is inspected and accepted.
